2. Frances Wilson of Kendal

Recital:- agreement between (1) and (2) that (2) will erect no wall or building etc. on west of his house to hinder light of windows of (1)'s house to the south

Premises: parcel of ground from the south east corner of (1)'s house in a parrock on Far Cross Bank, Kendal, on west side of High Road, purchased by (1) from Leonard Shaw, now staked out from the S.E. corner of (1)'s house, parallel to south end of (2)'s house of yearly rent 1 peppercorn to Earl of Lichfield
