Abstract of title (1850) of the trustee of Thomas Tidmas to premises described in no. 921, commencing with an indenture, dated 5 June 1721, between Francis Charles of Ardens Grafton, yeoman, of the first part, John Morrell and Robert Morrell of Henley-in-Arden of the second part, and Anne Charles (wife of Francis) and Francis Charles and Robert Charles (youngest sons of Francis), of the third part; and ending with indentures of lease and release dated 21 and 22 April 1841, from Samuel Haynes of Warwick, gent., to John Garner of Fulbrooke, farmer, and William Maitland of Manchester, co. Lancs.
