Two 14 horse power side lever boat engines, with 23 inch cylinders, 2 foot strokes.Cross-section of the boat and engines, plan of the engine room (partially coloured) - reverse drawings made in the London office; section and plan of boiler - partially coloured reverse drawing; longitudinal section of the engine room and boiler, plan of the engine room deck beams (coloured) - reverse drawings made in the London office; steam, feed, injection and emptying pipes - partially coloured original and partially coloured reverse drawings; sketch of coal boxes - partially coloured reverse drawing; upper headstock frame - partially shaded original and reverse drawings; safety valve gearing - coloured drawing; paddle wheel gearing - coloured original and partially shaded reverse drawing; clutch on engine shaft - 2 shaded drawings; sketch of coal boxes; press copy sketch of part of headstock; memorandum of extracts from correspondence, Aug. 1844. All the drawings except those made in the London office and the last 3 items bear letter codes.
