2. Moses Glaister of Kendal, barber

Premises: [as in conveyance 14 February 1759] and all messuages etc. at Garthrow, Underbarrow part whereof was formerly estate of William Garnett deceased grandfather of (1) holden of Earl of Suffolk and Berkshire under yearly customary rent of 3s 4d and part bought by (1) of William Nightingale and Margaret his wife also holden of Earl of Suffolk and Berkshire at yearly customary rent of 3s 4d; part subject to payment of two yearly rents of 2d each called improvement rents and yearly payment of ½d tithe meal silver all which have been lately purchased into freehold by (1) under yearly free rent of 6s 8d
