Fine to be levied on property in D-X172/1-2. Mary Brafield to have annuity of £68 out of lands. (ii) to hold property for term of 1000 years to use of Thomas Barnes and his wife for term of their lives; afterwards moiety to use of Thomas Barnes the younger and other half to use of younger children of Thomas Barnes
