Abstract of will of Thomas Badger, devising the residue of his estate and effects, real and personal, to trustees, his sister Jane Badger, Joseph Pitman of Amblecoat esq, the testator's nephew Benjamin Littlewood, and his nephew in law Thomas Pargeter.
This was specifically to include rights in any mortgage.
