To (ii) Richard Maughfeld, esq.; John fitz Rauf, esq., of Norfolk, John Wallere, Ralph Wallere, esq., of Lamberhurst [co. Kent], Thomas Dursle, citizen and fishmonger of London, William Warnere of Norfolk and Richard Claidich, clerk.
Quitclaim of (i) to (ii) of all lands, tenements, rents and services, turbaries, meadows, grazings, pastures and folds and their appurtenances which were formerly of William Charman, father of (i), in Risby, Barrow, Saxham, Lackford, Flempton and West Stow, of which (ii) are now seised.
Warranty clause.
