Draft letter from the Local Government Board to R W Cooper, 4 Westminster Chambers, Victoria Street, SW, referring to his letter of 21 April 1885 and enclosing a copy of a provisional order which they have issued under The Gas and Waterworks Facilities Act 1870, 33 & 34 Vic c 70 and The Public Health Act 1875, 38 & 39 Vic c 55 for enabling the East Dereham Local Board to carry out a gas undertaking [not included]. The order is to be submitted shortly.
