This Lodge was established originally in 1801 when it met in the Second Battalion of the Fifty-second Regiment. However, sometime in 1803 changes within the regiment led to it meeting in the First Battalion of the Ninety-sixth Regiment. Although Lodge members remained the same, the Warrant was returned and endorsed. In c.1804 the Lodge began to meet with a warrant from the Antients' Grand Lodge as No. 170(C) [SN 1438]. According to Ahiman Rezon the Lodge is noted as meeting in the Ninety-fifth Regiment in 1804, in the Ninety-sixth Regiment, Antigua in 1807 and in the Ninety-sixth Regiment, St. Croix in 1813. The Lodge appears to have moved on several occasions but its last known meeting place appears to be on the Island of Saint Croix, West Indies. The Lodge ceased to meet and lapsed before 1813.
