Property: Messuage in New St., Chipping Norton.,formerly held by Edward Keyte tinker, then by Moses Brooks, and Hannah Widows, then by Joseph Higgins and William Hood, then by Robert Hall and James Endall and now or late by Richard Williams, tailor; with all appurtenancess except the common of pasture or allotment in lieu thereof, which was conveyed by James Andrews a former owner of the premises, to Charlotte Hall. Recites that Charlotte Hall died 11 December 1861 and the will was proved 25 February 1862. Consideration: £120 paid to 1. by 2
