Description (What the record is about)
-
Draft letter from W.P.G. to J.P. stating that John Pritchard agrees that Mr Gelson will be well paid for all the care & trouble he has had in winding up the Coalport concern. He observes that when the 5% commission was arranged it was believed that the affair would be closed within a year or two, otherwise they would have considered a fixed salary instead of a commission. He forwards a statement from 10 Oct 1876-30 Sept 1878, and leaves the matter in J.P.'s hands.
