Description

The records in this collection comprise material created and collected by members of the Cadbury family. The majority of the items are personal correspondence and photographs; there is also genealogical material collected by the family. There are some records of the Cadbury business but the bulk of the business records are not held at the Library of Birmingham.

Arrangement

The collection was originally listed by deposit, and given reference numbers denoting different sections or accessions (e.g. MS 466, MS 466A, MS 466B); these can be seen as the finding numbers in the present arrangement.

Papers relating to Elizabeth Taylor Cadbury were recatalogued in the mid-2000s in an AHRC-funded project. See MS 466/1/1 for details.
