(a) William Ward of Angmering, husbandman; (b) Hannah Hoad of Arundel, spinster; (c) John Cole Tompkins of Poling, gent. The parties agree that £400, three per cent. Consolidated Bank Annuities, and an annuity of £18 (to which (b) is entitled under the will, 27 Jan. 1818, of Elizabeth Tompkins, late of Arundel, spinster, dec'd., to whom she was servant) shall remain vested in (c), upon trust, as exor. and trustee of the said will; (b) assigns to (c), upon trust, her articles of household furniture as specified in a schedule.
