Indenture, covenant declaring use of fine to be levied:
(1) Thomas Hankin of Kimberley, yeo. and wife Hannah
(2) Thomas Barber of Bilboro, gent.
To convey close and for 10/-, (1) covenants with (2) to levy a fine of Middlefield close (20 ac.), now divided into 2 closes, in Oxton. For use of such person as (1) shall appoint and until such person is appointed, for use of (1) and (2) and heirs of (1), (2) holding estate in trust for (1).
