Be it remembered that William Amhurst Tyssen Amhurst of Didlington Park, Norfolk, Esq., Lord, grants to

I Rev. Henry Dudley Ryder, Canon, residentiary of Lichfield

II License to demise to any person or persons for any term not exceeding 21 years from 25 Dec. 1860, and by one or six demises or leases.

All those twelve messuages or tenements in Bohemia Place, Nos. 3-14.

And

Three tenements and a workshop in Ryders Mews in the rear of the said messuages

And

All that messuage or tenement on the East side of Church Street now in the occupation of Charles Miller

And

Eight messuages in Church Path on the South side of the Church Yard.

And

Two other messuages in Bohemia Place

And

Two other messuages on the East side of Church St. now in the occupations of William LAWS and Mr. HOGG.

And

The other messuage on the East side of Church St. and the Warehouse in the rear thereof and now in the occupation of Charles Robert ROPER

And

The other messuage on the East side of Church St. now in the occupation of Charles James FOX

And

Two other messuages in Bohemia Place communicating with the said last mentioned messuage saving the Lord's rights etc.
