(1) Frances Meredith of Fowey, wid., and Jas. Austen Meredith of Fowey gent; (2) Rob. Thos. Head of Exeter, gent., and Edw. Lambert of Bedford Row, Mddx., gent.
Jas. Hen. Meredith, exor. of will of Joseph Thos. Treffry; Treffry estates vested in him by Estate Act, 1853, and by power of Act aquired lands subject to trusts in Treffry's will;
Jas. Hen. Meredith died 1857, leaving estates to (1); Chancery order following case Treffry v. Meredith, 1857, appointed (2) as new trustees of Treffry will;
(1) to vest in (2):
All freehold and leasehold lands, subject to trusts in will of Joseph Thos. Treffry
