To have a plain funeral.

To wife, £150, and all household goods and clothes.

All real and other personal estate to trustees, who may carry on business, on trust to let wife have Holly Mount House, Clarendon St., for life or widowhood; to be sold if she does not want it, and to pay £650 p.a. to her for life or widowhood; £250 p.a. for life if remarries.

Also £25 p.a. each to H.E.H. and J.W. McC. should they carry on business.

All residue for children when 25, ½ shares of Chris., Thos., and ds. to be for them for life, then to children.

Sons to be charged with any sums advanced, in particular Chris. with £700 and Thos. with £275. £500 each may be advanced to sons for advancement.

Codicil: ½ share of s. Matthew to be for him for life, then for children. Will: 17 June 1882.
