J. Eliot (London) to Richd. How II (Aspley) Copy of Letter from S. & M. Fisher, giving history of the laying out of Philadelphia & the City Lots Liberty Lands apputenant to the rights of purchasers of land in Pennsylvania, shewing that Thos. Farmborough's Lots are practically irretrievably lost. - Details of R. L. Hooper's survey on the Delaware % he has procured for them good sugar maple land, practically unsettled; he has assigned his 1/3 share, & this has been conveyed to the purchaser. ... [Very long & interesting letter] 3 Nov 1792
