I Messuage, stable, orchard, barn, garden, and croft (1a.) in Sompting, in occupation of John Tate
II Messuage, with backside belonging thereto, containing 11 roods in length and 4½ roods in breadth, in Sompting, formerly in occupation of Thomas Shephard and since of Jane Jenner, widow
III Messuage, stable, buildings, garden, orchard, and premises in Angmering formerly in occupation of William Peters and since of (c)
Recites
(i) 31 August 1772. Mortgage by Demise for Term of 1000 years, in consideration of £100, from (a) the said George Parker to (b) Edward Puttock of Arundel, brewer
(ii) 22 January 1773. Assignment of Mortgage by Demise for residue of Term of 1000 years, in consideration of £100, from (a) the said Edward Puttock to (b) George Palmer of Arundel, yeo
(iii) May 1773. Assignment of Mortgate by Demise for residue of Term of 1000 years, in consideration of £100, from (a) the said George Palmer to (b) the said John Boniface
(iv) That (b) had conveyed II to (d) for £60 and III to (c) for £165
By this deed (a) assigns the said property to (e) for the residue of the said term of 1000 years in trust to attend the inheritance, as to I in trust for (b), II in trust for (d), and III in trust for (c)
