Alice Jones made a will on 13 March 1815 appointing her sister Jane Jones, since deceased, John Davies snr., shoemaker, since deceased, and Thomas Lloyd, Esq. joint executrix and executors. Jane Jones died in the lifetime of the testatrix. John Davies snr. died on 18 Oct 1832 leaving Thomas Lloyd. Thomas Lloyd has renounced the executorship and trusts in the will, so letters of administration of the goods of Alice Jones on 6 April 1837 were granted to John Davies, party, as next of kin of Alice by the P.C.C. John Croxon is heir at law of Alice Jones. The £800 still ramains due to John Davies as administrator with interest from 1 Nov. last, amounting to £3, in all £803.
