Thomas Cockin of Newton with Scales, clerk, (iv) Thomas Astley of Preston, grocer, and Richard Styth of Rossaker, yeoman -- messuage and tenement in Ribby with Wray, 8ac., also a close in Out Rawcliffe, 5ac., and closes in Warton called the little hook and Marsh hey, 1ac.1r.31p. -- recites above assignment and lease and release, 15/16 Feb. 1736/7.
