Footpath between passage way adjoining or near dwelling house and premises of George Gunning, Esq., called Goddington, and the Church Green in Frindsbury, through lands of Dean and Chapter of Rochester, occupied by Joseph Brindley and Thomas Brindley, as lessees, and of Elizabeth Baker, widow, Mary Caryer, widow, and Samuel Stroughill, as undertenants, 157 yards long, to be stopped up as unnecessary.
Order: 17 March 1819, with plan (scale: 88 inches to mile).
Cuttings from Kentish Gazette, 19 & 26 March and 2 April, 1819, containing notice of the order.
Affidavit concerning publication of notices, no date.
