2. Richd. Hutchinson of Goswell St., St. Giles, Cripplegate, tobacconist, & Wm Ribey of London, gent.
Recites Briggins family settlements & Jos. Barber's settlement, as HW/98/15. The fine is to be levied on 1/5 of all the Briggins property mentioned in those deeds, to serve as a quit claim for Mercy's share.
