Indenture Marriage Settlement

1. Revd Sir Hy Jn Gunning of Horton, Clerk and Bart

2. Frances Rose Spencer of Little Houghton, Spinster

3. Geo Wm Gunning, Esq son of (1)

to

4. Fredk Silvester of North Hall, Standish, Lancs and Edward Trinder of Cirencester, Land Agent

for marriage between (1) and (2) of "All and every the lands tenements and hereditaments whatsoever and wheresoever in England and Ireland of or to which the Said Sir Henry John Gunning is now seized for any estate at Law or in Equity (except estates vested in him as a Trustee or Mortgagee) and in particular by way of grant but not so as to limit or restrict the general description or reference last aforesaid All those hereditaments to which he is entitled under the Will of the said Sir Robert Henry Gunning and particularly those of which a List or Schedule is hereunder written and particularly including the advowson or right of presentation to the Rectory of Horton cum Piddington with their and every of their rights members and appurtenances and all the estate and interest of the said Sir Henry John Gunning therein"

On trust to HJG for life then to his widow for life (unless she remarry) then to Geo Wm Gunning

With 3 Schedules

Enclosed memorandum (13 Dec 1905) from Somerset House that a note of the Settlement has been entered in their books
