DAVID LANCE to WIL FITZHUGH
Recites contract by sd David L. to purchase divers freehd & copyhd heredits in co Southampton for £20,055, also Lease & Release d/7 & 8 Aug 1792 of 9 pts whereby conveyance was made the Hen Lance, esq, trustee for sd David L. of the Manor of Faccombe heretofore called Sandys Knights or Sandys Manor or manors in par of Faccombe; also the mes or tenmt lately fitted up as a Lodge at Upstreet in sd Par, & many other houses and extensive lands, including those mentioned in No 840
The Covenants contained in this deed refer to agreed divisions of the estate "with a view to the mutual & reciprocal convenience, etc, of the sd parties" in the recited deed of 1792. (7 skins)
