Surrey, gent., and ANNE his wife and GEORGE WOOLASON, citizen and haberdasher of London, son & heir of George Woolason late of Thakeham, Sussex, yeoman, deceased, to JOHN PAY of Felpham, yeoman-for £100--of and in a garden and the gates thereto; a close with a Hemplott at the S. end of the said garden containing 6 ac.; Meregaston meade, 2 ac.; Meregaston, 4 ac. adjoining; Strowdes, 2½ ac.; the Leyfeilds, 9 ac. adjoining the highway; the Inner Leyfeilds, 8 ac. also adjoining the highway; all in Ancton in tenure of said John Pay
