Mary Ann Peet when 21; or if she die, then to servant Jos. Key, he paying 2 guineas to bro.-in-law Jas. Peet of Nottingham, and 5 guineas to wife's sis. Martha Smithers.
Key to carry on business for wife and grandd., and have ½ profits.
R.S. executor; he and wife guardians of M.A.P.
