Lease: Samuel Barker of Lyndon, co. Rutland, esq., to Thomas Trollope of Caswick, co. Lincoln, esq.: the manor house of LYNDON and lands in LYNDON, also the use of all the household and other goods belonging, inventory of which is annexed: to hold for 7 years, at annual rent of £70, and £5 yearly for every acre ploughed up.
(Annexed): A schedule containing an Inventory of the household and other goods of Samuel Barker, esq., referred to in the lease.
(On the reverse of schedule): Memorandum, dated 12th November 1729, renewing the lease for a further 1 year, 6 months notice of termination to be given by either side.
