Assignment of lease from Thomas Oldnoll and John Oldnoll of Fulbrooke Parke gents. to Thomas Wagstaffe of Warwicke gent. of four closes in Badesley called Great Gylbertes, Little Gylbertes, Mylfeild and Gylbertes meadow with a barn on Great Gylbertes and the pasture in a grove called Gylbertes grove, reserving the wood in the said grove. To hold for the remainder of the term as described in 344. see also 358. Consideration: £140.

1. A man's head wreathed with laurel facing to the left.
2. A skull and cross bones. Legend ? MEMENTO MORI see 405.
