Declaration of Trust: John Linton of parish of St. Antholin, City of London, gent., to Sir Thomas Barker: recites mortgage of 29th April 1692, by Elizabeth Baker to said John Linton of a messuage farm in BOURTON for £120, and declares that the £120 was used by him, John, in trust for Chris. Dighton who made Sir Thomas Barker, bart., his sole executor: John Linton now assigns all his right in said £120, and interest due, to Sir Thomas Barker.
