Leases and Counterpart Leases for 99 years and lives of properties holden of the manor of Yatton, 1790-1800(65), 1801-11(15); with Assignments, 1792-99(6), 1802-12(7), Exchanges, 1799, 1800, and Surrenders, 1811(2), 1812, of such leaseholds. (94 documents).

Copies of court roll of licences etc., affecting properties holden of the manor named as Yatton, 1812, and as Yatton Rectory, 1800-15(4); [paper copies].

Particular of sundry estates granted by copy of court roll affecting the manor of Yatton Rectory, 1812.

Assignment of leasehold premises holden of the manor of Week in Yatton, 1812.

Conveyance to John, Earl Poulett, of a close called Pills in Yatton, 1802. Agreement for sale of a cottage in Yatton, 1809.

Appointment of monies, 1814, by John, Earl Poulett, and Conveyance, 1815(2), by John Poulett of Addington House (co.
