2) James Carter jnr., now of Birmingham, currier and leather cutter.

3) Sheffield and Rotherham Joint Stock Banking Co.

- in consideration of £810 owed to 3 by 2 upon his bank account.

= of a parcel of land in Millgate with currier's shops, tannery vats, etc. (275 sq. yds.) and a tannery (formerly a messuage and salesworks) with warehouses, etc. (732 sq. yds.).
