Dick has to make Assignment for benefit of his creditors done his best but last two years so disastrous, they have beaten him - worries of last 18 months telling on his health
Percy & Stanley Attenborough told him to get out as soon as possible requests note of hand, May 1911, for money let by him: £200 [£100 + interest + bill for wheat - then will be second larger creditor after Bank, who are pressing wants Tom to be Trustee - he and Annie always been Attenboroughs' best friends wrote first when heard of little baby's death (13 Feb) not only ones to go under - cannot find the weather
