Consideration: £1034.19. 9. and a decree of the High Court of Chancery in a cause depending between Hugh Noden and Judith Jones plts and Mary Blodwell and John Blodwell an infant by his guardian and others defts. 25 November last.
Release of 2 messuages (John David Trevelech and Edward ap Thomas) 2 tofts (William Rowland and Owen George former tenants) in Woolliw Streete, Oswestry, 6 parcels land called Rodmeadow feildes Wilsons close, Cae y Llidiart, Gallows Croft, Glovers meadow, Thornes close or the Edgrew after pasture of Road Meadow in Oswestry, all as mortgaged by John Jones to John Blodwell deceased 23 and 25 June 1670, subject after payment of the mortgage of £1034.19. 9. and costs in the Chancery suit to trusts as in will of John Jones.
