Now in consideration of £100 paid by iii) at request of ii), to i) to discharge said mortgage and of £60 paid by iii) to ii) (total - £160)

- 1stly - piece of ground (10p) in Langford as same is now stumped out from next described piece of ground - 3 cottages lately erected on said piece of ground in occupations of Joseph Crawley, Charles Smith and Joshua Jordan

- 2ndly - cottage now in occupation of John Sale and ground on which it stands and which with above piece of ground contains 27å

For protection only of iii) from all mesne charges, the mortgage debt shall be considered as still on foot and unmerged

No widow of iii) shall be entitled to dower out of said premises signatures of i) and ii), mark of iii) endorsed receipts witness W Thos Chapman, solicitor, Biggleswade
