John Hinton of Rigewardyne als gentleman has given and confirmed to Hugh Cholmondley of Cholmoadley knight as annuity of £10 from property in Rigewardyne or elsewhere in co Salop for term of the life of Margaret Bradley of Hinton widow payable at the Nativity of St John the spptist and St Martin the bishop in winter or within 40 days - penalty 20s for every 40 days delay.
