2 All GA's land in Clayton held of the manor of Wickham

Reserved: all the oak, ash an beech on the premises, with power for GA to cut, coal and carry it away for four years from 25 Jul 1601, RP to be entitled to whatever remains; warranty against GA's father and grandfather
