Messrs. Pickett and Rundell for £184. 12s. 6d. Thos. Edge bought of Pickett and Rundell, jewellers, No. 32 Ludgate Hill, The Golden Salmon, London. Diamonds, Pearls, Watches, Plate (new and second hand) swords, Canes, Seals, plated goods, all kinds of Jewellery in the highest execution. N.B. Deal for ready money only and buy the above articles in any quantity. Chiefly plate and engraving arms and crest on items. Original bill came to £200. 13s. 1d. but various items were traded in which reduced bill. Interest was added to bill delivered and left unpaid. Bill paid by draft on Wm. Tuller. Letter from Pickett and Rendell, London, to Thos. Edge at Sherborne, Warwick, accompanied bill - Order completed and packed in chest and sent by Warwick Waggon name Hands and Co. 24 June 1785.
