- Conveyance, 2 November 1847 between William Benson, Ashton Roper and others, John Williamson and others, Elizabeth Clarke and others, Thomas Woodburn and others, (1), (1) to sell land conveyed to him and retain money on trust

Premises: 2 messuages and appurts. on Far Cross Bank, Kendal, late the estate of Robert Benson, now in occupation of Robert Fenton and others (3) as purchaser of part of premises covenants with (2) to produce title deeds
