- Construction of a railway in the parish of Shepreth by a junction with the Royston and Hitchin Railway and terminating in March by a junction with the Spalding and March Railway near the Norwood junction signal box.

- Shepreth, Foxton, Barrington, Haslingfield, Harston, Hauxton, Grantchester, Cambridge St. Giles, Chesterton, Impington, Histon, Cottenham, Haddenham, Wentworth, Sutton, Mepal, Witcham, Chatteris, Wimblington, March, (parish of Doddington) - all in the county of Cambridgeshire.
