For 30s. p.a. rent (1) to (2) barn & garden with appurts. in tenure of (2) in Back Lane, Warwick, bounded by tenement & garden of Thos. Lee on west & a barn held by Alice Hicks, widow, on north east. Term 21 years. (2) covenants to repair premises, other specified covenants. Void if rent unpaid and covenants not performed. Common seal of (1). Parch. 12 Sept. 1682
