Letter: "I have the honour to report the death due to pneumonia of 2/Lt NC Clifford on 13/2/1919 which took place at 7.06am at Middleton Nursing Home 19 Campbell Rd, West Croydon. He was in receipt of a wound pension and retired pay and had relinquished his commission on account of ill health caused by a wound on or about 22/2/1918, also by his death a widow and one infant son are left. I have the honour to request that any communication on this matter be addressed to me, his brother at Avon House. High St, Petersfield. Dudley H Clifford, Hon Lt, MGC(Cav).
