He was in receipt of a wound pension and retired pay and had relinquished his commission on account of ill health caused by a wound on or about 22/2/1918, also by his death a widow and one infant son are left. I have the honour to request that any communication on this matter be addressed to me, his brother at Avon House. High St, Petersfield. Dudley H Clifford, Hon Lt, MGC(Cav).
