Baylay, Mr Grey, Col Strachey'. The original caption wrongly describes this as the 'Durand Commission - Demarkation of Frontier between Afghanistan and India'. Duplicate at Photo 25 (33). Subjects = government bodies; viceroys; Viceroy's Council.
