He has received his of the 9th - since which he has not been to Hawkestone. Joseph was to finish the pool. The firs are ready. The orchard shall be planted after Michaelmas, the upper part with walnuts, and the lower with apples. He has provided the trees at Mr. Wrights. He sends his accounts to last Lady Day and a sketch of Hill's account with him relating to Hill's nieces. Chambre expects to come to town this winter.
He will send the assignment of his sister Wareing's mortgage by Mr. Dicken and the declaration of trust touching Mr. Davies, and Mr. Sherard's mortgages.
Postscript:
He has heard nothing from Mr. Adam since he last wrote.
