Settlement between Bolckow, Vaughan and Co. Ltd. and Mrs Rachel Lidster referring to the damages to her property consisting of four dwelling houses in Wharton Street, Coudon, County Durham from work carried out by the company. A report of the examination of the property by a Mr Braithwaite found that it had sustained damage from underground workings, he recommends that the sum of twenty five pounds is paid in settlement, this is agreed by both parties.
