1. John Lewis Noakes of Ludlow ironmonger, only son and heir at law of John Noakes late of same gentleman decd

2. John Roberts late of Hopton in the Hole, now of Stoke St Milborough yeoman, sole executor of will of Sarah Robert late of Hopton in the Hole spinster deceased

3. Mary Noakes of Ludlow widow and Thomas Hotchkiss of same saddler, executors of will of John Noakes decd

4. Richard Gabriel of Ludlow saddler, only son and heir at law and devisee in fee named in will of Richard Gabriel late of same saddler deceased

5. John Downes of Medley Park gentleman

6. John Ashworth of Ludlow hat manufacturer

7. John Jolley of Ludlow joiner, trustee for Ashworth

Recital of 1 and 2 April 1816 (SRO 2363/3) and 11 April 1816 (SRO 2362/4)

Sarah Roberts died in 1821, will dated 7 August 1815 devised personal estate to her brother John Roberts, sole executor

Proved 29 October 1821

Richard Gabriel's will 19 February 1819 devised to his wife Eleanor Gabriel the property in Broad Street (himself) for her life (subject to a mortgage) and after to his son Richard his heirs and assigns. Testator died and will proved 18 August 1819 by his widow and sole executrix at Hereford Recital of 24 and 25 October 1825

Will of John Noakes 23 September 1826 devised to his wife Mary property in Ludlow for life or widowhood and after to his son John subject to payment of £100. Testator died 182-8 May 1827 the will proved by Mary Noakes and Thomas Hotchkis in Consistory Court of Hereford

Eleanor Gabriel died 4 February last

The principal sums of £300 and £200 are to be discharged out of the purchase money of £1075

Consideration: £300 to John Roberts, £200 to Noakes and Hotchkiss, and £575 to Gabriel

Release of the messuage in Broad Street; covenant for further assurance; assignment to Smith of residue of term of 1000 year and to Williams of the residue of the term of 500 years
