Sarah Roberts died in 1821, will dated 7 August 1815 devised personal estate to her brother John Roberts, sole executor
Proved 29 October 1821
Richard Gabriel's will 19 February 1819 devised to his wife Eleanor Gabriel the property in Broad Street (himself) for her life (subject to a mortgage) and after to his son Richard his heirs and assigns. Testator died and will proved 18 August 1819 by his widow and sole executrix at Hereford Recital of 24 and 25 October 1825

The principal sums of £300 and £200 are to be discharged out of the purchase money of £1075
Consideration: £300 to John Roberts, £200 to Noakes and Hotchkiss, and £575 to Gabriel
Release of the messuage in Broad Street; covenant for further assurance; assignment to Smith of residue of term of 1000 year and to Williams of the residue of the term of 500 years
