Recites lease 24 June 1720 by the Duke of Chandos to John Saunders and Mary his wife of a messuage and lands called Langua.

The President and Governors want Counsel's Opinion as many other leases on this estate are granted likewise. ALSO seeking an opinion on the payment of £2-2s on the marriage of the eldest son of the Duke.
