1) Dame Anne Newdigate, widow of Sir John Newdigate and executrix of the said Sir John and "Committee" of the wardship of John Newdigate, son and heir of Sir John against
2) Sir John Jolles, Sir John Lawrence and James Colymer, citizen and merchant of London: complaining that Robert Bromley was in his lifetime outlawed and the recognizance [see Bill of Complaint: Sir John Newdigate v. Robert Bromley, 1607, etc.] forfeited to the King.
(2) now claim that the King was granted the said recognizance and the benefits thereof to them.
