Four or five years ago Francis Underwood esq stopped up the 12 and 18 foot drains, which drain Peterborough Great Common and the Severals, near Catswater, and also stopped up a passage into the common near a place called Store-nooke, thereby causing flooding and loss of cattle: ask for relief
