Surrender from Richard Verney, Elizabeth Verney and George Verney, younger sons and daughter of Sir Grevill Verney late of Compton Verney co. Warwick kt. deceased and William Bradshawe gent. theretofore servant of the said Sir Grevill to Grevill Verney esq. son and heir of the said Sir Grevill of the manor of Compton and rectory of Compton and sundry other properties which had been demised by Sir Grevill to the said Richard, Elizabeth and George Verney and William Bradshawe by indenture dated 30 April 1638 conditionally to secure the payment by Grevill Verney esq. of all sums, portions and bequests made to his brothers and sisters under the will of Sir Grevill Verney dated 28 May 1639 (devises quoted), the trusts provided for in the said indenture and will having been duly performed.
Dated 24 January 23 Charles, 1647.
